Who is this group for

This 12-week virtual group is designed for individuals (18+) who are looking to explore and strengthen their ability to form, maintain, and deepen meaningful connections across all types of relationships-including romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and other interpersonal connections.

Virtually on Tuesdays at 6pm for individuals living in NJ and PA​.​​

This group will be held weekly for 12 weeks.
