Sessions are 50 minutes

We provide clinical supervision for individuals working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and BCBA.

Once you complete our contact form, you will receive a response from FLW Admin within 24-48 hours via email.

Cancellation Policy • Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. • If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice a fee equal to 50% of the session rate will be charged to payment method provided by client. • Therapists will make every effort to reschedule sessions within the same week to avoid the fee. If rescheduling within the week is not possible, the fee will apply. • If your therapist cancels your session with less than 24 hours' notice, an IOU will be applied to your account to waive a future cancellation fee. Late Policy • If a client is late for their session, the therapist will email the client after 5-10 minutes to remind them of the session. • If there is no reply from the client and they do not enter the session within 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show and a fee equal to 50% of the session rate will be charged to payment method provided by client. • If the client notifies the therapist that they will be attending the session late prior to the session time no fee will be applied. • Therapists may re-open the session at their discretion if the client arrives late but will only conduct the session for the remaining scheduled time, as therapists often schedule back-to-back sessions and cannot extend the session time. • Therapists will make every effort to reschedule sessions within the same week to avoid the fee. If rescheduling within the week is not possible, the fee will apply. In the case of a true emergency, please reach out to your therapist as soon as possible to discuss options. While the cancellation fee may still apply, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
