Co-founder, Clinical Therapist, Integrative Somatic Trauma Practitioner

My Approach

Many of us move through life feeling disconnected from ourselves, carrying the weight of past experiences, or caught in patterns that no longer reflect the person we're becoming. Therapy offers you a space to slow down, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and make sense of the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped your life.

I believe healing happens through meaningful connection—to ourselves, to others, and through relationships where we feel seen, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your inner world and move toward a life that feels more intentional and authentic.

The people I work with come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected. Others are navigating relationship challenges, trauma, chronic illness, identity exploration, or significant life transitions. Whatever brings you here, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand your experiences, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move through life with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process where your lived experience is honored, our work is guided by curiosity and compassion, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. Rather than just focusing on what is "wrong," we'll explore the patterns that have helped you navigate life, recognize your inherent strengths, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and chronic illness. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in creating an inclusive environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season, hoping to better understand yourself, or looking to create lasting change, I would be honored to support you.
