Change and growth are rarely simple. They are often full of opposites—joyful and painful, urgent and slow-moving, expansive and boundaried. Even recognizing that change is needed can bring both relief in newfound clarity and confusion as a whole new set of questions emerge. As a therapist, I aim to create a collaborative space where we can move through these moments together with care, curiosity, and intention. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. It is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and the rediscovery of one’s inherent strength.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we will explore how past experiences shape present patterns while also building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I value evidence-based treatment and I also prioritize genuine human connection, flexibility, and pacing that feels right for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to individuals and families navigating the impacts of trauma, violence, and family conflict. My background includes supporting adults, children, and families through crisis, stabilization, and longer-term healing. When working with families, I focus on restoring trust and authentic connection in order to support a healthy attachment and relationship between parents and children. I also support individual clients navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. This includes supporting older adults impacted by major life changes such as caregiving, retirement, and medical challenges impacting emotional wellbeing. I have extensive experience working across diverse cultural backgrounds and identities, particularly within the immigrant Latino community, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with humility, respect, and deep regard for your lived experience.
