Ashleigh Persico MSW, LCSW

Co-founder, Clinical Therapist, & Integrative Somatic Trauma Practitioner ______________________

I believe that healing happens through connection. Connection with ourselves, with others, and with the communities that shape us. Many of us move through life feeling disconnected from who we are, unsure of what we want, or weighed down by patterns that no longer align with us. When we are carrying trauma, navigating transitions, or struggling to feel safe in our bodies or relationships, that sense of disconnection can feel even louder.

My work is rooted in the understanding that we do not heal in isolation. We heal when we feel seen, understood, and supported. Healing becomes possible when we have a space where our stories, emotions, and experiences can be met with compassion instead of judgment. In our sessions, I invite you into that kind of space. A space where curiosity is welcomed, where slowing down is encouraged, and where your inner world can be understood with gentleness and depth.

Many of the clients I work with come to me because they are craving clarity, authenticity, and a deeper understanding of themselves. They are curious about questions such as: Who am I beneath old patterns? What do I want from my life? Who am I becoming? They may feel disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to navigate relationships, boundaries, identity, or life transitions. Some are processing trauma or living with anxiety, while others feel ready to grow into a more grounded and aligned version of themselves.

My approach draws from trauma informed therapy, somatic practices, compassion focused work, Internal Family Systems, and relational therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process where curiosity guides our work and your lived experience is honored. My role is not to direct your path but to help you access the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be understood.

I specialize in working with individuals 18+ who are navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and chronic illness. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and person centered. I honor the complexity of each person’s story and meet you exactly where you are.

If you are someone who is curious about who you are, who you want to become, and how to live with more intention, I would be honored to support you. Therapy can be a place to finally feel understood and a place to rediscover yourself in the process.
